1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Optix, you agree to these Terms. If you use Optix on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. The service
Optix performs automated website audits and generates reports. Findings are advisory; you are responsible for verifying changes before acting on them. You should only audit sites you own or are authorized to audit.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Verify your email and keep your contact details current.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass quotas or access controls, audit sites without authorization, or use Optix to harm others or violate law.
5. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor. You can manage or cancel from your account’s billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
Optix and its content are owned by OPTIFI TECHNOLOGIES LLP. Your audit inputs and generated reports remain yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Audit results may be incomplete or inaccurate; we do not guarantee search rankings, compliance outcomes, or security.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPTIFI TECHNOLOGIES LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Termination
You may stop using Optix at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
